All kind of products sold through BigBag.pk can be returned except for the ones which are either custom made or international deliveries (option for requesting return on such item is not available to the customers).

What is the time duration for returning a product?

You can return the product within 7 days of delivery without bearing any return shipping charges provided same is returned via our cargo/shipping partners i.e. BlueEx Pakistan and TCS, Pakistan .

What are the return conditions?

The following conditions are to be kept in mind at the time of returning a product:

  • The product delivered is not as expected or advertised.
  • The product delivered is of the wrong size/specification/color.
  • The product delivered is either received in damaged or a defective condition.

It is to be kept in mind that the product returned is in original form (unused, original packaging, seals, and tags attached) , along with all the accessories (if any), etc. that came with it. Items purchased in sets should be returned in sets.

  1. Best way is to check the item at time of delivery and if not satisfied for the reasons mentioned at start of the page, item be returned to the rep of the delivery service (BlueEx/TCS)
  2. Call us on +92-305-5333380 in order to start your return. Select the product that you wish to return and include the form, on the next page (filled), in your package.
  3. Pack your product according to the return conditions mentioned at start of the this page and drop off at the office of the cargo service which has delivered the product at your shipping address i.e. either BlueEx or TCS .
  4. You will receive a tracking number through SMS after the package has been dropped-off. After passing through quality evaluation, your replacement or refund will be initiated straightaway. On average, the expected timeline can range from 5 to 15 days.
